Evelyn and RogerEvelyn

Evelyn started her career at Petersen Publishing and moved to the advertising agency business, where she worked in media planning, account management and operations. She fell in love with data through an account that required a database, and went back to school to get her technical education to become a database designer.

In 1991 she started M\S Database Marketing (msdbm) and served as CIO, creating award-winning database marketing programs for clients such as American Isuzu Motors, BMW, Transamerica Insurance, GM, E*TRADE, Singapore Airlines, Air New Zealand, and Affinia Hotels. In 1999 msdbm was acquired by SourceLink, and in 2003 Evelyn took the helm as CEO of SourceLink Los Angeles.

Her love of database marketing and experience in building businesses compelled her to form BBGS, where she works with marketers and entrepreneurs to help their business grow.  She also serves as Chapter Chair for Lincoln’s SCORE Chapter, serving Lincoln’s growth through non-profit consulting.

Roger

Roger’s love has always been building. It started by building a small radio station in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and grew to building one of the nation’s most technologically advanced public television networks. Technology that connected classrooms nationwide, and around the world. Building that network required a lot of team effort. That’s where Roger built the network of people who could implement the technology and keep it growing.

Moving things forward is what Roger is all about. His 30 year career at Nebraska Public Television gave him experience in front of the camera, at the microphone and behind the scenes. As its Chief Engineering Officer, programs he started in Nebraska grew to become the standard at public television networks nationwide. From there, Roger moved to Qwest Communications and further expanded his background in building communication systems for educational and healthcare programs.

Roger’s belief in people, and in building technologies that work are what drives his passion in BBGS, where he can help build success stories from the ground up.
